Every Outback Birdies setup comes fully loaded: launch monitor, hitting mat, net or screen, projector, and all the tech required. For our event packages (The Outback Classic with Caddie and The Outback Open), we go all in with premium clubs, balls, gloves, and everything you need. There are no hidden costs or sneaky extras just because you're not a right-handed male golfer. What you see is what you get which is the full experience, hassle-free.

Yes. Outback Birdies holds a comprehensive Public Liability Insurance (PLI) policy, which covers any injury to members of the public or accidental damage caused by our equipment during an event.

Booking is easy. Just hit the “Book Now” button on our website to secure your preferred date before anyone else! Another option is message us directly through Instagram or Facebook.

Once your date is secured, we’ll discuss your selected package (space layout, access, power, and any extra options you’d like included) so everything is tailored perfectly before we arrive.

Once the details have been confirmed, we'll send you a short deposit form to lock it in and get you swinging.

A 25% deposit secures your booking date. Cancellations with at least 7 days notice are fully flexible. For short-notice changes, we’ll work with you to reschedule whenever possible.

All Outback Birdies setups are designed for both indoor and covered outdoor use. Our marquees, impact nets, premium flooring, and safety zones assist with reducing stray shots or damage to surroundings. Indoors, we’ll will help you determine whether ceiling height and spacing are right for safe swings. Outdoors, we’ll recommend suitable surfaces and shelter for best performance.

You can use your own, or we’ll provide premium gear with event packages. Either way, you’ll get the same pro-level data and realistic feel.

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Larger events or corporate functions should be booked much earlier to guarantee your preferred date.
